Studio Sessions
What to Expect
The sessions I offer are lightly posed moments that are meant to capture you and your family in an authentic and artistic way.
I want capture real moments of connection that happen as we move through the session.
I always incorporate some documentary images and love capturing the in-between moments that happen throughout the session.
Please let me know any thoughts and goals for your session and if there is anything in particular that you want to focus on please let me know.
I am the mom of three and so please don’t worry if we need to take a break and reset or if it takes your child/ren a few minutes to warm up. Snacks or drinks are always good to have on hand just in case.
The Details
Little Rabbit Studio is a small natural light studio at my home in Englewood right on the Denver border.
It is located close to the I-25 and University or I-25 and Hampden exits.
The address is 2117 E Dartmouth Circle, Englewood 80113. If you are running behind or need to reach me the day of the session for any reason please text or call me at 720-297-4767.
The studio is attached to my house but completely separate - it is a fully renovated and studio in the former garage. The entrance is on the left side of the studio and you are welcome to park in the driveway when you arrive!
I have multiple furniture options including, a couch, chairs a bed a wooden highchair and rattan settee. This is a gorgeous light bright space to make beautiful images in! The bathroom is located in the main house but you are welcome to use it as needed. You are welcome to bring any extras from home that you would like to include such as books, blankets, a favorite toy or accessories such as hats etc.
Ideas on What to Wear and Extras
Soft neutral fabrics always work well and patterns can be great too. Simple earthy tones work well. Pops of color are fun and add visual interest. If there is a special blanket, toy or any special clothes/accessories you would like to incorporate please let me know.
Think about simple earthy tones. Your favorite jeans and a nice t-shirt can look just as cute as a dress!
For dresses I love Baltic Born & Joyfolie. Poshmark and Facebook Marketplace are a great place to get dresses that have only been worn once or twice. I also have some dresses available to borrow, if you are interested please let me know!
Texture always looks great in photos!
Start with mom's outfit first then add the rest of the outfits from there.
Wear what you feel comfortable and cute in.
Please avoid logos
Don't forget about footwear! Bare feet can be an option for some of the images.
